Ship Dates:

• All stock items will ship within 24 hours of order.
• Items imprinted from stock will ship within five working days of final art/proof.
• Custom items are normally shipped 3-6 weeks from receipt of final art/proof. Customer Service will work with you to ship your order when you need it.

  Our goal is to ship every order on time! If for some reason we are out of stock on an item, we will notify you of when it will be available for shipment.

Payment Terms:
Net 30 days from invoice date, with approved credit. VISA & Mastercard accepted.

Minimum Order:
$100.00; multiple items may be ordered together to reach the minimum and must ship together, full carton quantities only.

Quality:
Bowers Record Sleeve produces quality products. If, however, a defective product is shipped, it will be replaced as quickly as possible. Defects must be reported within two weeks of receipt. Please report any freight damage immediately to the carrier and sign for it as damaged.

Restocking:
Any stock items may be returned with prior approval within 30 days of shipment. The item must be in original condition and there will be a 25% restocking fee, plus any freight costs.

Overrun/Underrun:
On the manufacture of special items or custom imprinting, a variation in quantity exists. If the quantity is less than 25,000, the variation is +/- 20%. If the quantity is 25,000 or more, the variation is +/- 10%. Anything other than this must be specified at the time of the quotation and stated on the purchase order.
